On Saturday, March 16, 2019, around 11am, Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy Sam Mullins was in the parking lot of the Barbourville Walmart off Highway 25E, when he observed a white Nissan Altima roll through a stop sign onto KY 3439. A traffic stop was initiated on Henson Hollow Road. Upon contact with the driver, identified as 55-year-old Paula Roark of London, it was discovered she was driving on a suspended license.
