Disturbance Complaint Leads to Arrest in Laurel County

The Laurel County Sheriff’s office investigated a disturbance complaint off Dee’s Road in the early morning hours of Monday, March 18, 2019. Allegedly, an individual in a vehicle was blowing his vehicle horn and slamming doors, creating a disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies could hear the ruckus and learned from the complainant that the subject, identified as 32-year-old Arnold Maggard, was creating the disturbance in order to get her to open the door to her residence. Maggard was charged with disorderly conduct and lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
