The Mountain Arts Center, along with Capture Kentucky, will present the Music Rules Fest on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at the Jenny Wiley Ampitheater at the Jenny Wiley State Resort Park in Prestonsburg. Music will begin at 3:30pm with acts including Waylon Nelson, Arlo McKinley and the Lonesome Sound, Sean Whiting, and more. There will also be food and vendors.
