The evening of Tuesday, March 19, 2019, Prestonsburg Police Officer Joey Calhoun responded to a call of public intoxication. Upon arrival at the scene on KY 1428, the subject, identified as Rogie Case, was found to be under the influence. Case was charged with public intoxication excluding alcohol and  lodged in the Floyd County Detention Center.
